1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and n77ph ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). n77ph operates as a licensed online gaming platform under the authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our registered operations are conducted in accordance with Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Your continued use of the n77ph website, mobile browser interface, and any related products constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on n77ph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of n77ph or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by n77ph or PAGCOR.
• Your use of n77ph is for personal, recreational purposes only and not for commercial or professional gambling operations.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating your account.

n77ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete. This is not a punitive measure – it is a compliance requirement that protects both the platform and its legitimate players.

3. Account Registration

When you register an account on n77ph, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it if it changes.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on n77ph. Creating duplicate accounts – whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason – is a direct violation of these Terms. n77ph uses device fingerprinting, IP matching, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and associated balances will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n77ph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. n77ph staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity performed on your account while logged in is assumed to be your own, unless you report a suspected breach immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

n77ph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by PAGCOR regulations and our Anti-Money Laundering obligations. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, UMID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

n77ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, UnionBank, as well as Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). n77ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and verification status. VIP Club members enjoy higher withdrawal limits as part of their membership benefits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) hour for verified accounts using e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution. n77ph is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient bank or e-wallet provider after we have released the funds.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts confirmed as yours through the KYC process. n77ph does not accept or send payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

n77ph offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules unless a specific promotion page states otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time after being credited to your account. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• n77ph reserves the right to cancel any bonus credited in error or where fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting our support team. Opting out means forfeiting any currently credited bonus balance.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses within the specified period and credited to your wallet at the stated frequency.

Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players – will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. n77ph takes this seriously because bonus fraud directly undermines the platform for legitimate players.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on n77ph – including live casino titles, slots, poker, and virtual sports – are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, through real-time dealer studios. Game results are final once a round is settled and displayed on screen.

6.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round – such as a disconnection, a game crash, or an error in the software display – n77ph will investigate the round using server-side logs. Bets placed during a verifiably faulty round will be refunded to the player's balance. n77ph's decision following a technical review is final.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game on n77ph has its own minimum and maximum stake displayed within the game interface. Players must stay within these limits. Bets placed above the maximum stake for a given game table or slot title may be voided.

6.3 Autoplay and Turbo Features

Where available, autoplay and turbo spin features operate under the same terms as manual play. Enabling autoplay does not suspend any of these Terms, and players remain responsible for all wagers placed during an autoplay session.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at n77ph covers PBA basketball, Philippine boxing, international football, virtual sports, and other available markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on n77ph.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation; the odds on your confirmed bet slip are the final agreed odds.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets on events that have already started (where pre-match betting is offered) will be void if the bet was placed after the event began, unless the bet was explicitly placed through an in-play betting interface.
• Minimum PBA and boxing bet amounts, and market-specific rules, are displayed on the relevant betting pages.
• n77ph reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its discretion. This right is exercised to protect the platform from irregular wagering and is not used to disadvantage legitimate recreational players.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on n77ph. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account per person
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive game format
• Money laundering or using n77ph to facilitate any illegal financial activity
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or social means
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing n77ph staff or other players through any communication channel
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process

9. Account Suspension and Closure

n77ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failed KYC verification, PAGCOR compliance requirements, and account inactivity exceeding 12 months.

If an account is suspended due to a compliance review, n77ph will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe to respond with the requested documentation. Accounts closed for violations will receive notification of the reason. Players who believe a closure was made in error may raise a formal dispute through our support channel.

9.1 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. n77ph will send a notification email before taking any action on an inactive account. After 24 months of inactivity, an administrative fee may be applied to the dormant balance as permitted under applicable regulations. Players can reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing any requested verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the n77ph platform – including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software – is the intellectual property of n77ph or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or use any n77ph content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Game content (slots, live casino, poker, virtual sports) is provided through licensing agreements with third-party developers. The intellectual property of those games remains with their respective developers. n77ph does not grant players any rights to the underlying game software.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

n77ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Philippine data privacy laws and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using n77ph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. 13. Limitation of Liability

• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, regardless of any technical issues that are subsequently found to have been unrelated to the result
• Loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages of any kind
• Interruptions to service due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures
• Actions taken by payment processors outside of our direct control after funds have been released by n77ph

Nothing in these Terms limits n77ph's liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights as a Philippine consumer are not affected by these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or resolved through the PAGCOR dispute resolution process where applicable.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, we ask that players contact our support team directly. The majority of issues are resolved quickly at this level without the need for formal escalation. n77ph commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

15. Changes to These Terms

n77ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of n77ph after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should withdraw your balance and close your account before the effective date.
